Areas of Responsibility
The Land and Property Office is responsible for renting or acquiring land and buildings for any kind of municipal use, for administering such land and buildings and for letting or selling them if they are not directly needed for City purposes.
In addition to this, it is responsible for the management of the administrative buildings and for the cleaning of municipal buildings.
